“Cardholder” usually means somebody who purchased, signed and/or applied the Card(s). For clarity, a Cardholder can have multiple Card in possession. “Distributor” means Each individual distribution agent and retail outlet which gives the Cards for sale to consumers. A Distributor will not be an agent, required or consultant of Equitable Fi
